- Removed speed cap on advanced locomotive, cargo wagon, and fluid wagon
- Increased advanced locomotive braking force from 12 to 18
- Increased advanced cargo wagon and fluid wagon weight to 600 and 500 to 700
- Decreased advanced cargo wagon and fluid wagon friction by from 0.5 to 0.4
- Increased advanced cargo wagon and fluid wagon air resistance from 0.0085 to 0.011
- Adjusted advanced cargo wagon and fluid wagon braking force from 15 and 4 to 8

Tested and looks good. 5-10% difference in travel times on Seth's base.
